Rules and safety tips of the InDating service

These rules exist to ensure that all users of the application have security and comfort. In case if these rules are not followed, your account may be blocked!

Guid by common sense, using the application or making decisions about meetings in real life, and also keep in mind the following points:

• We do not guarantee the honesty and decency of the users of the application, and do not respond for their actions, and therefore it is possible that your interlocutor may be a fraudster. Be very careful when communicating with users, especially if the conversation is shifting towards financial matters and money transfers. Remember that the administration of the application does not guarantee the authenticity of data and photos in user profiles, and the user may not be who he claims to be!
• Do not transfer money to users of the application! If the user asks you to transfer money to the card or phone or give a gift card (iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Steam), then most likely this is a scammer, immediately stop communicating with this user and send a complaint to his profile. Try to communicate only in the application, this will allow us to quickly identify and block fraudster profiles.
• If app user offers you to leave the application and go to messengers that are not moderated (Email, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Zangi, Google Chat, Skype) then it is more likely that this is a scammer. Be careful when you agree to such offers. We strongly recommend communicating only in the application, our algorithms analyze each message sent and automatically block suspicious messages, and in some cases, also users who trying to send them.
• Stop communication with any person who asks you to disclose personal or financial data, and also makes attempts to get them fraudulently.
• Do not send messages or photos that may compromise you, remember that the user can use this information against you.
• If you decide to join a video session with your interlocutor, remember that your interlocutor can record video and then use this video against you. Be very careful when you enter a video session with someone you do not know.
• Always be careful with strangers who offer you to meet. If you decide to meet with someone from your interlocutors, let one of your friends or family know where you are going and when you plan to return. Always get to the meeting place yourself and back, and appoint meetings in public places with a lot of people around.

The application prohibits illegal actions

We treat the users who try to break the law very seriously, the accounts of such users will be blocked, and their contact information can be transferred to law enforcement agencies.

Do not create fake accounts

We hope that you will meet new people and meet them in real life, that’s why we ask you to use your real name, photos and information in your profile. Do not impersonate yourself someone else and do not create fake or joint accounts.

Do not insult other users

The application has the same rules and standards of conduct as in real life. Treat others politely and tolerantly, as you communicate in person.

Do not spread a spam

Do not try to use app for advertising of any products or services. Any attempt to use the application not for intended purposes, and for the purpose of personal commercial gain, will result to the suspension of your account.

The application prohibits commercial activity and begging

Do not try to use app for selling any goods or services, or for begging. Any attempts to use the application for personal financial benefit will lead to the blocking of your profile.

Do not spam with your contact information

Any attempts to mass sending phone numbers, Email addresses, links to websites or social profiles, messengers identifiers, etc., will be considered as spamming and will inevitably lead to blocking your account. The same applies to the mass request for contact information of other users. Share your contact information only as a last resort, for example, if you agreed on phone or video call, and immediately before the call itself.

Do not send intimate offers or contact information in the first message.

Conversations on intimate topics or sending intimate photos are permissible only after preliminary acquaintance and communication with the user, provided that the user is not against conducting such conversations or receiving intimate photos. Do not send contact information unless absolutely necessary, exchange contact information only after preliminary acquaintance and communication with the user and provided that the user is interested in acquaintance and exchange of contacts, while the exchange of contacts should not be massive.

Do not post your contact details publicly

Please do not indicate your last name, phone number, home address, e-mail, links, work place and other identifical information in your profile or photo - we will be forced to block such data.

Upload only your own photos

Do not post materials that violate anyone's copyrights, as well as images that do not contain your image. These photos do not bring any benefits for dating and clog the application, and then they will be blocked.

Do not add unaesthetic photos and sexually explicit photos

We do not moderate loaded photos, but in case of detection of such photos or receiving complaints from other users, these photos will be blocked, and it will be included preliminary moderation of all new photos for such users.

Do not publish photos of your children

You can tell about your children in your profile or in a chat room, but the publication of their photos (even if you are present in the photo) or the publication of other children is a violation of the rules.
